Due to storage issues we are unable to accept large items of lounge furniture such as wall units and drinks cabinets and darker mahogany type items . We are unable to accept items that are not in good condition or broken including stained mattresses, sofas with worn/cracked leather or fabric, recliners with a broken mechanism, broken drawers or broken electricals. Please could all items be cleaned before collection. Our drivers will do their best to collect items but some larger items such as wardrobes, sofa beds, bookcases, sideboards which are upstairs might be too bulky and heavy to manoeuvre downstairs. If this is the case, please respect their decision, many of these items might have been taken upstairs flat packed and moving them downstairs could present a health and safety risk. We are unable to repair furniture so we are unable to accept any broken or items in need of repair. Electricals need to be clean and in good working order, it costs the scheme money to dispose of these items responsibly.
We offer a free collection of items such as
