For the safety of all users we have hand sanitizer by the entrance for customers to use when entering the shop along with Perspex screens at the till points and we would prefer you to pay by card if you can. In order to maintain social distancing we will only allow either 2 people or one household in the shop at any one time, please wait outside if we are busy. Children are welcome but please keep them with you and do not let them play on the furniture or run around the shop. All furniture will be cleaned and left for 48 hours on arrival before being place on our shop floor but please do not sit or touch items unless you are interested in purchasing. New Government guidelines will require face coverings to be worn and compulsory from Friday July 24th so please wear one. Thank you.

Due to storage issues we are unable to accept large items of lounge furniture such as wall units and drinks cabinets. Please could all items be cleaned before collection and our drivers will aim to call about ½ hour before arrival to give you time to ensure the item is clean and can be put safely on the doorstep. Please advise when making a booking if this will be difficult for you, our drivers will have masks and gloves but will need to make more time available if they need to enter a property. On arrival all furniture will be stored for at least 48 hours before being placed on the shop floor and being made available for purchase.
